Break Down Physical Barriers To Your First Half Marathon: 12 Week Plan

After personally completing countless marathons, nine 50 mile ultras, and two 100 mile ultra running races; I’ve set out to start helping and coaching others to successfully overcome physical barriers and their own barriers of self limited beliefs.

I’ve attained college degrees, certifications, and taken countless continuing education courses. I pride myself in teaching other professionals as well as clients on a daily basis. From sports nutrition, generalized nutrition, physical performance improvement, injury recovery, teaching the psychology of motivation and much more.

I recently created a program that I shared for free which allowed several individuals to complete their goal of a 10k, half marathon, or marathon distance for the first time in their life. The great thing is, those who executed their program and plan, successfully accomplished their goals.

How amazing to find what your body is physically capable of and execute a bucket list life goal, not only improving physical health through movement but also boosting personal confidence that carries over into so many other aspects of life!
