What Else Can I Do?

 

 

 

‘m someone who has faced my share of struggles — self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and uncertainty. But one question has continually reshaped my life:

“What else can I do?”

 

 

 

That simple question ignited a spark I never saw coming. After high school, I discovered a passion for running. It started small, but curiosity drove me further. Eventually, I completed two 100-mile ultramarathons, nine 50-mile runs, and countless marathons. I’ve pushed through century rides, sometimes riding up to 200 miles in a single day to support causes like Make-A-Wish Michigan. Every mile wasn’t just a test of endurance — it was a reminder of what I’m capable of.

 

 

 

But growth isn’t only physical. I carried that same energy into my education, even stepping into the role of class president (maybe I was the only one eager to take it on, but hey, I showed up!).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Every year, I set one ambitious goal — something I’ve never done before. It has to stretch me and match the chapter of life I’m in.

  • In 2020, I committed to waking up at 4:00 AM to read, reflect, journal, and invest in leadership and personal growth.

  • Three years ago, I set a goal to read 52 books on personal development. I made it through 46.

  • In 2023, I worked out every single day — including in airports and hospitals — adapting when necessary.

  • And now, as a new parent, I’m navigating the journey of health while continuing to teach and mentor others in fitness, health, and physical therapy.

     

     

     

Here’s the truth: I’m not the strongest, fastest, or smartest. I’ve faced countless obstacles. But those barriers? They’ve only fueled my growth. And that’s why I believe we are all capable of far more than we realize.

 

 

 

If there’s something within you that wonders, “What else can I do?” — lean into that. Growth doesn’t require perfection, just curiosity and a willingness to try.

 

 

 

This mindset is what drives me to support others on their journeys — to help them realize their potential, embrace personal growth, and build a life they truly love.

 

 

 

So, I’ll leave you with the same question that changed everything for me:

What else can you do?
