- We review your goals and I begin working on a program that suits your goals and schedule
- Once we receive all of your information via question forms and we receive initial progress photos (front, side, back view). We will send out our first week’s program. If questions exist, Email me so I can best help you. E-mail allows you to refer back to my answers in 3-6 months from now in case the question comes up again [this happens more often than not].
- If agreed upon: At the end of each day, I will be pending a food log of all of the food you have consumed (See My Fitness Pal for a simplified food log)
- We may agree to other terms for nutrition tracking that best suits you
- Also feel free to add “Workout … done!”
- For the first 30 days we will interact via email or WhatsApp daily to build momentum and direction towards your goals.
- Every Sunday morning you can expect an email from me with a weekly review along with your following program unless discussed otherwise.
- Virtual Q & A via email where you can refer back to the information in 6 months from now if the questions arise again.
- Exercise prescription for 3-4 days a week each month focused on your goals.
- Macronutrient goals and feedback on accomplishing those goals with recipes and tips/tricks to achieving your macronutrient goal
- If you’re having issues with a movement or exercise, record your movement and send it to me for corrective feedback. I will send you videos for form cues and corrections as we continue to progress.
- I have created a habit tracker, customized journal to ensure you keep on track with your goals. As well as improve time management to be sure you’re able to execute on the essential goals through the week.

- You will receive trainer and client expectations
- You will receive monthly challenges associated to your habits
- Option to do virtual call once information is sent to clarify any questions, confusion, or concerns.

- Exercises designed to accommodate your workout environment and goals. (Home, commercial gym, or hotel fitness center)
