  1. Wake up at a consistent time each day, ideally after getting 7-9 hours of sleep.
  2. Drink a glass of water to hydrate your body.
  3. Sit in silence for 5-10 minutes, practicing mindfulness or prayer.
  4. Recite positive affirmations, such as “I am capable of achieving my goals” or “I am worthy of love and respect.”
  5. Visualize yourself achieving your goals, imagining the steps you’ll take to get there.
  6. Do some light exercise, such as stretching or a short yoga routine.
  7. Read a few pages of a personal development book or listen to an audiobook.
  8. Journal about your thoughts and goals, reflecting on your progress and what you want to achieve.

The SAVERS routine can be customized to fit your individual needs and preferences. The goal is to start your day off on a positive note by incorporating several positive habits into your morning routine.
