Set a goal to start learning something new

Screen Shot 2020-08-31 at 8.50.17 PMI’d like to challenge us all to continue learning to become the best version(s) of ourselves.

  • You can start with something as simple as starting to listen to a podcast
  • Looking up something you have already been curious about
  • Start a book that you can read one chapter per week and apply the concepts
  • Speak with someone that is knowledgable in a subject of interest to learn from them.
  • Read a blog (hint hint)
  • Learn a new language or new words
  • There is new information all around us that can help us become better individuals.

Here are some goals that I am setting myself up for, for the week:

  1. I’m focusing on learning 5 new words per day with the hopes to apply a few of them (Using an app called Vocabulary Builder).
  2. I plan on finishing an audio book I’m listening to on audible (How to stop worrying less and start living by Dale Carnegie)
  3. Start a new audio book (Crush It! By Gary Vanerchuck)
  4. Start a new physical book or re-read an older book (*Might* be my precision nutrition book)
  5. Continue to listen to podcasts one particularly is “The Happiness Lab with Dr. Laurie Santos” which is a pretty cool podcast to get you to start thinking differently about life.
