Reigniting Growth

Anything Worth Having Takes Time And Effort

“Most growth happens as a result of many small steps. The key is to keep taking them.”

Resolutions and goals often start with grand ambitions, but the road to success is paved with more than just excitement. The real challenge lies in turning those dreams into reality through consistent action and a clear plan.

Setting ambitious goals is inspiring, but without a solid strategy and daily reminders of why you want to achieve them, the initial enthusiasm can fade quickly. It’s like having a destination in mind but no roadmap to get there.

Setting a goal: “Fear is a natural part of growth.” If it sounds intimidating, good.

Now begin to plan how you can accomplish such goals.

Reflect on the “cookie jar” or “the gain” from my past posts (past accomplishments), and identify who you have to become to accomplish your future goals. Be as clear as possible with yourself, what do you want to accomplish over the next chapter of your life? What needs to be done? Who do we need to become? What habits and daily routines need to be picked up?

This reminds me of a speech by Matthew Mcconaughey, as he continues to constantly chase the best version of himself.

Although I continue to work on personal development through reading, a mastermind group, social networking, making a huge leap of faith with business and investments, as well as educational and development programs.

I plan to make the consecutive years even more progressive. The more I learn the more actions compound towards my own ideal self, as Maslow called it self actualization.

Some of the actions I am taking towards improving myself includes:

  • Reviewing my future 1-3 year Vision and rewriting it with updates.
  • Growing not only in my career in Physical Therapy but also in Real Estate and my Coaching business.
  • As well as being open to whatever opportunities present with consideration that no means yes and yes means no. (Saying yes to one thing, means no to others. No to some things mean yes to other opportunities that may present)

Questions: What is just one large goal you would like to accomplish this year while there is plenty of time? (Just stick to one)

Actions: Write out what you need to focus on this quarter of the year that can lead towards success of this goal? Each quarter re-evaluate where you are in relation and set your next quarterly steps of action.
